Wilson Samuel is born from Wilson Tominey Group. An inevitable morphosis given three very good reasons: Richard Samuel is a Portland man; expertise and skill of sales, lettings and management are exemplary; Richard shares the core values of his professional schooling.

The Samuel family goes back three generations. Richard’s passion for Portland is deeply ingrained within, an ambassador and protector! His former heritage far overshadowing Robert Wilson’s who can only claim early ‘Kimberlin’ status.

Richard’s estate agency career has seen him rise quickly to management proving at every stage his ability. Richard never allows the unknown to stop him learning, tackling experiences and embracing development and challenges. Starting with previous hospitality skills and bags of interpersonal skills at the ready, Richard has leapt from negotiator, to valuer, then to lettings and mastering all disciplines in management and, of course, managing the lettings branch. Richard being a key part in the next chapter needs no questioning and the office is a fitting tribute to his efforts. Peninsula Isle of Portland is a unique former headland on the Jurassic Coast. The last southerly point in the area proudly sat behind Weymouth and with the English channel ahead and beyond.  A narrow spit of Chesil Beach formed by long shore drift uniquely joins from the mainland. Portland has a raw majestic beauty that cannot be replicated. A true juxtaposition with Weymouth. Portland is a place where weather’s meet and jockey for position.
